100% would recommend Manuel to anyone else looking for an Agent. The pandemic market is too crazy to put an inspection condition in but he knows just what to look for and is very helpful. He wants clients to get a good deal on a good house and isn't just chasing after commission. He was professional from start to finish and definitely put in a full effort for us despite our purchase being comparatively small. We'd hear nightmare stories about agents doing anything just to make a sale and get paid but Manuel went the extra mile for us without any guarantee that we'd be able to find a house.
